Bejeweled
In a variety of fields, including politics, health, and education, women have achieved great progress. In the Philippines, women have achieved success in a variety of fields, such as science, technology, and the arts, demonstrating that they can succeed in everything they set their minds to. Nevertheless, despite these achievements, women still encounter an array of challenges that keep them from reaching their full potential.
Discrimination.
People gradually change in different aspects, in new things and new ways of speaking. But in the long time that humanity has been in this world, it is disturbing to think that the problem of respecting women has never changed. Discrimination, that's what women get from then until now.
In every scenario, women are the ones who are excluded. Soft voices, sparkling smiles, behind those are the voices that cannot be heard. Belittled and hurt like an animal and without conscience. In the eyes of society, the word "weak" is attached. Is this how they see women? Weak and cannot do anything? Discrimination at work favors the acceptance of men as employees because of their strength, but when women, they are considered weak and unable to do what men do. In clothing, there is also discrimination, it can be noticed that it is often reported about a woman who is insulted because of her clothing. The blame is placed on the short skirt or the tempting blouse, but is this really the real reason for the abuse of women? No.
I believe that gender is not the ability to bring out what you know, but what you can do for yourself and the people. Those who used to be weak and pitiful, now are gradually becoming brave and not ashamed, strong-willed and can't handle anything. We are not the problem. The real source of this is the perverted mentality that women are just tools, that they have no other role than to serve and please men.
As a girl, I believe it is appropriate for everyone to live in a world where they have access to equal opportunities and are not deprived of their basic human rights. A long journey has been taken and will continue to be taken for us to accomplish our goals, but with our tenacity and resolve to fight for what is right, we can do it. We must all take a stand and acknowledge the significant contributions made by women and other oppressed genders to our society.
"We are not weak. We are not the problem. We are women, and not just a women."

"Gender is not the ability to bring out what you know, but what you can do for yourself and the people" I agree because as a woman we must empower more women, we must help others to empower their self.
